Picture I took in Paris, France in the River Seine. This picture is composed of three shots that I put together using Adobe Photoshop. The camera is set to manual exposure so that I can have the same exposure in all 3 shots.

    yes you can but you need photoshop to get that effect some cameras have panoramic setting check if your camera has one.
